This dosing technology allows for maximum dosage precision and low shot sizes when processing fillers. This allows us to develop a tailored solution together within a short space of time," says Wilhelm Rupertsberger, Manager of the Plastics Competence Center at Fill, when explaining the customer benefit.   Industrial image processing "The key to higher productivity, greater efficiency, and complete quality control are intelligent image processing systems," says Wilhelm Rupertsberger. With its subsidiary weitblick systems, Fill has proven experts at its disposal for developing new technologies in the fields of industrial image processing and software engineering. These systems are integrated into machines, where they are employed for a variety of monitoring tasks: Position detection, type recognition, testing for completeness, and quality control can be performed in this way with 100% reliability.
