With the Golden FillCard, the Upper Austrian high-tech company shows just how much it appreciates its former staff. Holders enjoy benefits at Fill events and stores within the region. The card also allows them to maintain close ties with their former employer. The expertise of long-serving employees is still sought after when they have retired. For example, as so-called “senior guides”, some Fill pensioners take groups of visitors on tours around the company and explain the production processes.

The Golden FillCard now takes one step further toward strengthening ties with former staff. To facilitate optimum information sharing, Fill offers its senior citizens access to the in-house CORE communication tool. This provides them with tailor-made information, community, survey, knowledge, and ideas tools for keeping abreast of the latest developments. They also have the opportunity to play an active role by sharing their expertise in the company’s own Senior Community.
