LEADING-EDGE INNVIERTEL TECHNOLOGY A SUCCESS AT WORLD´S LARGEST COMPOSITES TRADE FAIR |
Fill Machine Engineering Media Service March 2015 Industry/Machine Engineering/Composites/Trade Fair Fill presents fully automated CFRP production systems at JEC Europe 2015 in Paris. Material is saved and productivity increased. Fill has developed pioneering process technologies that raise resource-efficient and sustainably economic composite production to a new level. Representatives from the international plastics industry were able to see this for themselves at JEC Europe 2015 in Paris from 10 to 12 March. The material-saving, load-oriented use of reinforcing fibers sets the tone in modern composite production. The innovative Fill machines and systems complete these tasks precisely and economically, down to the very last detail! They make production more efficient and consequently more profitable. Paris/Gurten, 30 March 2015 – In conventional composite production processes, substantial amounts of fibers, particularly carbon, are accumulated, which need to be disposed of as waste. To counteract this, Fill Machine Engineering has developed fully automated process technologies that excel with resource efficiency and precision. Waste is minimized and cost-effectiveness maximized. The new production systems were presented with great success at the leading international showcase exhibition for the composites sector, JEC Europe 2015 in Paris from 10 to 12 March. Insertion of partial reinforcements "The material-saving, load-optimized insertion of reinforcing fibers is of vital importance in modern composite production. Partial reinforcement of materials increases the strength and consequently the quality of the component with pinpoint accuracy. The production systems developed by Fill complete these tasks fully automatically with utmost precision," explains Wilhelm Rupertsberger, Manager of the Plastics Competence Center at Fill. Fill´s stand a meeting place for the industry Alongside presentation of the latest machine technology, the Fill exhibition stand in Paris was yet again a very popular communication platform for the industry. Visitors and exhibitors meet at Fill´s stand in a relaxed atmosphere with customers, interested parties, and partners to exchange opinions and communicate extensively. Apart from their technical expertise, the Upper Austrian machine builders are also renowned at the JEC for their outstanding hospitality.
